My name is Shari, and I have always been passionate about natural health and holistic well-being. My journey with essential oils began during a particularly challenging time in my life, when I was grappling with emotional stress, thyroid issues, and weight gain. As a caregiver to my wonderful husband, who himself has faced numerous health challenges, I knew I needed a way to support both him and myself through these tumultuous times.

It was through this quest for comfort and healing that I discovered the profound benefits of essential oils and the Raindrop Technique. Incorporating these powerful oils into my daily routine has been life-changing. The Raindrop Technique, in particular, has been a cornerstone in helping to realign and rejuvenate not only my physical health but also my emotional and spiritual well-being.

In my role as a caregiver, it's easy to lose sight of one's own needs while tending to the needs of a loved one. Essential oils have provided a sanctuary of self-care and presence in our lives, enabling us to navigate the highs and lows with more grace and resilience. They have also brought a sense of peace and balance back into our home, creating an environment where healing and wellness can truly flourish.
